Sunday, March 15, 2026 – Meeting at the Old Schoolhouse at 2 PM. <\/strong> Take a stroll back in time to 1925 Mansfield. Mansfield’s historian Lorrie Renker shares a tale of a 1925 black and white film that provides a glimpse into \u00a0Mansfield during the town\u2019s 150th<\/sup>\u00a0birthday.\u00a0\u00a0 It is stroke of luck that any of the film exists as it became involved in a lawsuit, sat under a workbench, resurfaced, \u00a0the salvageable footage was transferred from flammable film, disappeared and recently resurfaced.\u00a0 The film has a story of its own in addition to clearly taking us back to a time gone by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Sunday, April 19, 2026 – Meeting at the Old Schoolhouse at 2 PM. <\/strong>80 years of Musical Joy by the Norton Singers who are celebrating their 80th anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Saturday, May 9, 2026 – Norton Historical Society Flea Market 8 AM – 2 PM. <\/strong>This will be held in conjunction with the <\/strong>town wide yard sale event sponsored by the Town of Norton’s Park and Rec department. If you would like to reserve a spot at 18 West Main Street or have any questions, please send an email to nortonhistoricalsociety@verizon.net, or call 508-285-7070 and leave a message. You will supply your own tables and chairs.
