Saturday, Sept 7 – Fall Flea Market 8 A.M. – 2 P.M. (1st one of the fall) on the grounds of the Old Schoolhouse, 18 West Main St. If you would like to set up a table, please call (508) 285-7070 or email us at nortonhistoricalsociety@verizon.net. The cost is $20, payable on the day of the flea market.

Sunday, Sept 15 at 2 P.M. – at the Old Schoolhouse, 18 West Main St. Dr. William Hanna from the Old Colony History Museum will speak about the book Tetiquet to the Sea: A History of the Taunton River.

Monday, Oct 7 11 A.M. – 8 P.M. – Fund raiser at GOAT City Pub in Norton. 20% of your purchases that day will go to the Norton Historical Society.

Sunday, Oct 20 – 2 P.M. – At the Old Schoolhouse, 18 West Main St. Dennis Gutman from the Norton Historical Society will speak about Early Local Settlers Including William Wetherell.

Sunday, Nov 17 at 2 P.M. – Dr. DiGregorio from Bridgewater State University will speak about New England Before the Mayflower.

Sunday Dec ? 4 P.M – Open House on the night that the Town Common will be lit for the Holiday Season. Join us before the lighting ceremony for cocoa and cookies and a slide show featuring vintage slides from our extensive collection depicting Norton as it once was.
